About the RoleThis is a
build-the-engine-from-scratch opportunity at a well-backed, early-stage AI infrastructure company building graph-native context and memory for AI agents. The platform delivers persistent context via a GraphDB on object storage - with semantic search, git-style temporal versioning, and entity resolution - purpose-built for modern AI workloads.
You will be the
first GTM hire, sitting directly next to the CEO on deal strategy and positioning, and the first person accountable to a revenue number. GTM spans three lanes: enterprise anchor deals, pilot programs, and PLG self-serve. The ICP is Directors of Engineering and Heads of AI at seed-to-Series D AI companies.
If you've wanted to build a GTM motion from zero at a company with genuine technical differentiation, this is that role.

- Run outbound to Directors of Engineering and Heads of AI at seed-to-Series D AI companies
- Drive enterprise deal cycles from first call to signed contract
- Design and iterate on the GTM motion - identifying what works, what doesn't, and how to scale it
- Collaborate closely with the CEO on positioning, deal strategy, and ICP refinement
- Align activity across enterprise anchors, pilots, and PLG self-serve in parallel
What We're Looking ForRequired:- Early-stage GTM experience with direct, end-to-end revenue ownership - ideally at a developer tools or infrastructure company
- Proven track record sourcing, qualifying, negotiating, and closing enterprise deals with multi-stakeholder cycles
- Outbound prospecting experience targeting engineering leadership at AI/ML companies
- Technical enough to have credible conversations with engineering leaders
- Builder mentality: you create structure, you don't follow it
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling messaging and value propositions
- Ability to work in-person in San Francisco
Nice to Have:- Prior experience selling to AI engineering teams
- Experience running PLG and enterprise motions simultaneously
- Existing network in the Bay Area AI/ML ecosystem
Compensation & Benefits- Salary: $120,000 - $200,000 annually
- Meaningful equity - early employee ownership in a well-differentiated product
- Flexible PTO
- Learning budget: books, courses, conferences, and compute
- Wellness programs and daily meals in the office
- Top-tier hardware and software
- Periodic team offsites
