Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Rust programming language
• Strong background in financial trading systems or core infrastructure
• Previous experience as a Founder, CTO, or Founding Engineer
• Experience in building AI agent applications
• Comfortable in a high-paced, early-stage startup atmosphere
• Willingness to relocate to New York City
• Familiarity with DevOps practices is a plus
