Qualifications

• Ability to quickly pivot away from features that don’t gain traction or functionality.
• Demonstrated sense of ownership and initiative in project management.
• Strong background in building real-time voice and generative UIs.
• Familiarity with developing evaluation loops that enhance product intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Develop the LLM orchestration and conversation flow.
• Create a generative UI that adapts dynamically to audience interest.
• Design an evaluation loop for continuous improvement of demos.
• Build the customer platform for agent configuration, review, and tuning.
• Engage in hands-on work including CSS, migration scripts, and debugging.
