We are looking for hands-on autonomous founding engineers to help architect and build our products from scratch, playing a pivotal role in the future of this company. You will have the opportunity to shape and own our platform and products, learn from industry experts and investors, and establish best practices to guide a growing team. We are looking for engineers who are excited about collaborating closely with us on the broader product vision and strategic roadmap. What You'll Accomplish • You will scope, architect, and build robust APIs and services, owning the end to end development of our core product • Leverage industry best practices in deploying, testing, and monitoring scalable robust software • Influence the technical stack, best engineering practices, and engineering culture • Design and implement delightful and intuitive user-centric UIs across web and mobile platforms • Collaborate closely with our CTO and the rest of the founding team About You • You have lead projects from ideation through design, development, launch, and evolution • You approach development with a high degree of craft, and care deeply about delivering the best customer experience • You ask thoughtful questions and are able to distill complicated workflows into simple solutions • You are a strong communicator and leader, and can collaborate effectively across teams • Interest or curiosity in the glass industry or construction as a whole is a plus!
