Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Proven track record of shipping production systems end-to-end
• Strong understanding of reliability and performance metrics
• Experience with agent-based models and orchestration
• Familiarity with Python, Go, and cloud technologies

Responsibilities

• Own core agent systems from concept to deployment
• Design reliable agent loops and guardrails for real-world scenarios
• Conduct rapid experiments, analyze results, and iterate on designs
• Collaborate closely with founders to influence product direction and culture
• Establish standards for design and code that will guide future hires
