We're hiring AI engineers to build the systems that make Create intelligent. Often that involves staring down ambiguous research problems. And shipping clever ways of solving them.
Sample projects include:- Prompt engineering, fine tuning, and/or training models for codegen to better match user intent
- Creating retrieval models to augment code understanding or design quality
- Inventing techniques for Create's AI agent to autonomously solve compile or run time errors
- Designing new agent flows to dramatically increase reliability
Your background looks something like:- 4+ years of production experience with Typescript as a full stack engineer or applied researcher
- If you've personally built something people use, YOE is irrelevant
- You've built a product people love on your own or on a team
- Deep curiosity about the latest AI research and applications and a knack for turning them into reality
- Strong prompt intuition and ability to debug AI behavior like a system
- Don't comprise between going deep and shipping fast.
- Excited to work in person with the team 5 days / week in San Francisco
- You've used Create and have strong opinions on what to build next
We pay extra attention if you have:- Prior experience as a founder or founding eng
- Strong product, design, or AI taste
- Strong production experience with LLMs
- Familiarity with AI dev tools
