Full Job Description
Founding Account Manager

Location: San Francisco (in-person, in-office, full-time ONLY)

Compensation: $150K-$200K base + $25K-$50k cash bonus + top of market equity

What You'll Do
  • Own a portfolio of high-value SaaS customers with ACVs ranging from $60K to $500K and above
  • Build trusted, executive-level relationships with founders, CMOs, CROs, and GTM leaders
  • Lead onboarding, adoption, and ongoing strategic engagement to drive clear customer value
  • Translate customer business goals into ever-evolving GTM strategy and LinkedIn content strategy to maximize customer revenue
  • Interview executives and extract insights to shape positioning, messaging, and narratives
  • Use Virio's AI-powered systems to generate high-quality LinkedIn content at scale
  • Add final human-layer taste and polish to ensure content quality, voice, and performance
  • Ensure customers see consistent progress, outcomes, and ROI through LinkedIn channel and GTM as a whole through partnership with Virio
  • Ensure best in class GRR and NRR via renewals and expansions
  • Important: Find creative solutions to drive revenue for your clients businesses and make Virio indispensable - assist with outbound LinkedIn messages to ICPs who engage, find conferences/podcasts/webinars for the founder/Face of Content to speak at, coordinate successful launches, etc. like a valuable GTM partner/consultant.
