Full Job Description
We're hiring founding Account Directors to build out our outbound sales motion. You'll help refine and scale the playbook for how we systematically sell into F250-F1000 accounts The market opportunity is massive. If you're here to build a generational company, join us.

What We're Looking For
  • Full-cycle enterprise sales experience. You have a hunter mentality and are excited to help us win new logos. You'll own the deal end-to-end from lead to close.
  • You build pipeline. This is a founding seat with real infrastructure behind it: defined deal stages, a playbook, and active accounts and warm pipeline you'll inherit on day one. But this isn't a farming job. You'll be educating the market, opening doors, and you're exceptional at identifying the highest-value accounts and getting into them.
  • You can sell something buyers aren't used to yet. The budget already exists; it's the headcount clearing these exceptions by hand. What doesn't exist yet is the awareness that agents can do it instead. You bring empathy and trust to the table, and that's what guides you when making the deal happen.

Company Highlights
  • The Team: Our CEO previously led and scaled three of Zoom's products past $300M in revenue, and our CTO is an ex-AI researcher who has spent his entire career in enterprise AI, leading engineering teams from seed through Series C. The broader team includes repeat VC-backed founders, Caltech PhDs, former quants, chess masters, Six Sigma Master Black Belts, and one very enthusiastic Bonsai grower. On the GTM side, you'll work directly with our Head of GTM, who closed our first enterprise customers and will hand you live pipeline.
  • Product: We pride ourselves on our depth of experience building agents, and on our continued diligence in leveraging the latest technology. We hold a high bar of excellence that starts with the founding team.
  • Hypergrowth: 30x revenue growth in the first half of this year, with the majority of our pipeline coming from customer references.

What We've Built

Every large enterprise runs procurement software. Coupa, SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, GEP. These systems digitize the process, but they don't resolve exceptions. When a 3-way match fails, when a change order hits after goods receipt, when a duplicate invoice slips through across ERPs, those platforms route the problem to a human. The human investigates, makes a judgment call, and closes the loop. That's why organizations staff large teams to do work that is repetitive, rules-based, and high-volume, rather than the high-value strategic work.

Fragment replaces that repetitive non-value work with AI agents that actually resolve exceptions end to end. Not routing. Not flagging. Resolution. Our platform reasons across ERP systems, procurement documents, supplier data, custom databases, SaaS solutions, and tribal knowledge simultaneously. It doesn't require a rip-and-replace. It doesn't need months of integration work. It deploys on top of whatever systems a customer already runs and starts resolving exceptions autonomously.

In deployments with Fortune 500 customers, we've realized dramatic reductions in the amount of time a buyer and an AP analyst spend chasing exceptions every day. We are the only company that profits from procurement process exceptions going to zero.
