How you'll make an impact in this role- Drive end-to-end event strategy and execution by turning bold concepts into unforgettable experiences, seamlessly leading timeline management, site selection, catering, premium vendor negotiations, and AV production.
- Cultivate and steward high-value donor relationships to build trust and inspire generosity through targeted gift solicitations, personalized stewardship, and prompt, accurate gift processing.
- Master financial and vendor leadership by building, tracking, and optimizing lean event budgets-securing top venues and performers on favorable terms while maintaining flawless financial accuracy.
- Command on-site operations as the lead problem-solver, serving as the calm, decisive leader on event days while empowering staff, briefing speakers, and smoothly navigating unexpected challenges in real time.
- Partner on data-driven marketing and outreach alongside the Marketing team to elevate event promotion, streamline RSVP management, and analyze campaign data to continuously maximize campaign ROI.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- Certification specializing in Fund Raising preferred.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'
degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional preferences we're seeking- A mininum of 2 years of proven success in corporate event planning, production, or project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Outstanding negotiation skills, exceptional written and verbal communication, and a bility to multi-task across concurrent projects.
