Description

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Strategist to join our growing FDS team, a brand-new function at Hyro. As a passionate product thinker and customer advocate, you will connect the dots between the product and its business value for the customer, from post-sales through the adoption and expansion stage, helping define this new function at Hyro from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the dedicated, embedded point of contact for strategic health-system accounts
  • Own the client's adoption journey, driving expansion of Hyro's responsible AI Agents from the core package into additional capabilities, with no formal sales quota
  • Project confidence as a trusted advisor for customers as well as internal stakeholders such as Engineering, Product Management,Engagement managers , Sales, and more
  • Advise clients on best practices, understanding the client's goals and prescribing the best approach to achieve those goals
  • Build and deliver compelling product demos and training sessions that rally client stakeholders, from frontline staff to C-suite executives, around new capabilities
  • Translate customer requirements into deployment strategies and implementation plans
  • Help define the playbook for this brand-new function at Hyro as one of the first people in the role

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as product management, pre-sales / solutions engineering, or technical consulting, ideally with direct experience serving healthcare or health-system customers in the US market
  • Strong understanding of enterprise AI systems, APIs, cloud technologies, or deployment architectures
  • Product-minded, with the ability to articulate why a specific capability matters to a specific user and their workflow
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with a track record of building trust quickly and moving stakeholders from interest to action
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and motivated by building a new function rather than following an established playboo
  • Willingness to travel to client sites regularly
  • Experience at a healthtech or health-system-facing company - an advantage
  • Experience with ML / AI / NLU technologies and products - an advantage

This is a hybrid role, with at least three days per week in our NYC office. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The salary range for this NY-based position is $110k - $170k annually, exempt, based on experience, qualifications, and skills. Compensation for candidates outside New York may vary with local cost of labor.

  • Company-wide long weekends every quarter
  • Hybrid, dog-friendly NYC office
  • Work-from-anywhere up to 2 weeks a year
