About the RoleWe are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to be an early non-founder hire, owning every customer relationship and building the playbook for scaling from an early customer base to thousands. We seek a technical, customer-facing individual who understands product positioning and instinctively automates repetitive tasks.
What You'll Do- Coach AI agents on product positioning, buyer personas, and pricing conversations
- Serve as the voice of the customer, identifying common requests and patterns in customer interactions to inform product development
- Own customer relationships end-to-end, from onboarding through ensuring success and optimizing their experience
- Automate manual and repetitive tasks by building workflows and systems to help the customer engineering function scale
- Work directly with the CTO to translate customer feedback into shipped product features
What We're Looking For- Technical aptitude with ability to understand and explain complex product capabilities
