What You Will Do:

The Foreign Assistance Program Manager will support a high‑visibility, global initiative designed to promote trusted technology, strengthen digital infrastructure security, and reduce vulnerabilities to untrusted suppliers. The role oversees strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, technical assistance programming, and monitoring of international undersea cable projects.

  • Lead large‑scale foreign assistance-funded project in support of national security mission.

  • Provide authoritative advice to senior government leaders on complex acquisition, technical, and policy issues; define potential issues; and deliver actionable recommendations that inform resource allocation, governance decisions, and technology transformation.

  • Execute program management activities such as program reviews, operating plans, and investment roadmaps.

  • Integrate cost, technical, and policy analysis to evaluate alternatives, assess risk, and support data‑driven decision‑making across complex acquisition portfolios.

  • Build and sustain coalitions across government, industry, and academia; coordinating with senior stakeholders; and communicating complex technical or acquisition issues clearly and effectively to diverse audiences

What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD securityclearance

  • Bachelor's degree

  • FIVE (5) years or more of experience in the development and implementation of foreign assistance capacity-building programs

  • Ability to work on client site in Washington, DC 4-5 days/week

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience supporting policy efforts related to antisemitism

  • Experience working within the State Department on foreign assistance programs

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
