Sodexo is seeking an experienced Food Operations Manager 3 to join our team at Yale New Haven Hospital - York Street Campus in New Haven, Connecticut.
Lead patient dining operations in a fast-paced acute care environment, overseeing menu development, diet office operations, patient satisfaction, compliance, team development, and operational and financial performance.

This position drives operational performance, safety compliance, financial results, and long-term client success through hands-on leadership and strategic execution.

Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.
Pay Range: $89250 - $115500
