The Role - Food & Beverage ManagerThe F&B Manager will play a key role as a leader supporting our F&B team. This role will perform day-to-day operations and ensure service quality. The F&B Manager will assist in real time feedback for F&B associates and assisting with customer service challenges, overseeing the F&B team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The search for members of our management team is focused on individuals who are committed to high standards and achieving excellence in customer service.
This position will function under our F&B Leadership team and report directly to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage.
Responsibilities & Expectations- Evaluating staff performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing feedback.
- Manages performance of the day-to-day operation and service quality.
- Ensure that the department maintains SOP and service standards.
- Collaborating with other departments and their leaders.
- Identify training needs.
- A team-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively.
- Assist in implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Instill a culture of excellence and inspire confidence throughout the F&B team while displaying strong leadership skills.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain food and service quality.
- Timecard management
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Food & Beverage
Requirements- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the food service industry required.
- Familiar with restaurant POS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to high quality service.
- Strong knowledge of front and back of house operations.
- Maintaining adequate staffing levels to meet all scheduling requirements.
- Enforcing safety and sanitation practices according to CA health regulations.
- A passion for culinary arts and a desire to contribute to high-quality dining experience.
- Inventory management experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism.
- Strong and stable work history with wine knowledge.
- Basic computer proficiency preferred.
- PS is a 24-hour facility and as such we require fully open schedule availability and flexibility for all positions within our operations departments, including weekends, holidays, and early morning/late evening shifts. Flexibility to work various shifts, as previously indicated, will be required.

Compensation range $80,000 - $90,000 annually (based on experience). Incentive Bonus eligible. This is a full-time role.
