Salary: $90,000 - $105,000

Job Summary

Chartwells at Union School District in San Jose, CA, is on the hunt for a dynamic Director of Dining Services to lead our food service team across nine schools, serving 5,700 students with passion and precision. If you have a knack for managing P&L, creating mouth-watering menus that will entice student participation, and driving initiatives with a client-focused approach, this is your chance to shine!

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving change and innovation, committed to growing our dining program to new heights. With a supportive team of 50+ hourly associates, you'll work day time hours (7am-4pm) in a Monday - Friday schedule ensuring compliance with NSLP guidelines and collaborating with our Executive Chef to elevate our dining experience.
