Full Job Description
Flight Line Shipside Operations Analyst Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking Associate or Experienced Flight Line Shipside Analyst (Level 2 or 3) to support the 787 Program Delivery Center Operations Team in North Charleston, South Carolina on a Variable Shift! This position will provide critical production support to the Delivery Center including improving production efficiency, safety and optimizing product quality. Primary Responsibilities: - Use technical knowledge, understanding of process flow, and networking skills to ensure issues are addressed and resolved by responsible support organization. - Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria. - Analyzes and interprets data. - Provides feedback on assessment results. - Assist organizations in identifying reoccurring and high impact issues. - Supports root cause analysis and corrective action plan to address reoccurring and high impact issues. - Facilitate ongoing coordination and tracking of open items. - Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced teammates. - Works under general direction. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience): - Ability to work any shift, overtime, holidays and weekends - 1+ years9 experience with operations analysis or research - 1+ years9 experience with root cause corrective analysis - 1+ years9 experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): - 3+ years combination of education and experience - 5+ years Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience. - 3+ years of experience in a supportive LSCC role - 1+ years of experience flight line operations. - 1+ year of experience working with customers - Proficient in using CMES software. - Proficient in REDARS, PSDS, and BAC specifications Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
