JOB SUMMARY

The FLEX Senior Manager, Resiliency & Recoverability is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, execution, governance, and continuous improvement of Marriott's enterprise recovery exercise and recoverability program. This role serves as a key leader in validating the organization's ability to recover critical technology services and applications from disruptive events while strengthening overall operational resilience.

The position partners across Global Technology, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Engineering, Product, Service Operations, Risk, Compliance, and business stakeholders to support recovery planning and recovery readiness strategies, coordinate enterprise-scale recovery exercises, assess recovery readiness, identify capability gaps, and drive corrective actions.
