Full Job Description
An employer is looking for a full life cycle recruiter to sit in Seattle, Wa. This person will be focused on securing top leadership talent for Amazon's global operations network. You'll drive end-to-end recruitment for senior positions including Operations Managers, Safety Managers, and Maintenance Managers across our fulfillment centers, distribution centers, and delivery stations.

Full Lifecycle Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Pipeline Building
Develop innovative sourcing strategies
Execute direct outreach campaigns
Build and maintain talent pools
Network at industry events and job fairs
Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
Candidate Management
Screen and evaluate candidates
Conduct in-depth technical and behavioral interviews
Guide candidates through complex interview processes
Manage offer negotiations
Drive successful candidate closing
Ensure smooth onboarding transitions
Stakeholder Partnership
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
Provide regular updates to leadership
Manage interview panels and feedback collection
Drive hiring decisions through data-based recommendations
Conduct intake meetings and calibrations
Process Management
Schedule and coordinate interview loops
Maintain accurate ATS data
Track metrics and provide weekly reporting
