Position Description: CGI is seeking a hands-on FIS IntelliDIRECT / PIM Integration Expert to support a critical payments investigation integration within the banking environment.
In this role, you will serve as an IntelliDIRECT subject matter expert and take technical ownership of the solution from design and configuration through testing and go-live. You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to configure, integrate, troubleshoot, and successfully implement the solution.
This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum of 4 days per week subject to change at any time.
Your future duties and responsibilities:• Lead the technical design, configuration, and implementation of FIS IntelliDIRECT / IntelliDIRECT EXT Research.
• Configure and support FIS Payments Investigation Manager (PIM/iTRACS).
• Integrate IntelliDIRECT and PIM with external data sources and APIs.
• Configure and work with XSD, XSLT, XML, plugins, research queries, and decision trees.
• Configure and reengineer PIM Knowledgebase workflows based on solution requirements.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Investigate and resolve technical defects throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to relevant stakeholders.
• Support implementation and go-live activities while taking ownership of technical issues through resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a reliable payments investigation solution.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:• Demonstrated hands-on experience implementing, setting up, and configuring FIS IntelliDIRECT / IntelliDIRECT EXT Research.
• Strong hands-on experience with FIS Payments Investigation Manager (PIM/iTRACS).
• Experience integrating IntelliDIRECT and/or PIM with external data sources and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with XSD, XSLT, XML, plugins, research queries, and decision trees.
• Experience configuring or reengineering PIM Knowledgebase workflows.
• Knowledge of SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 MX messaging standards.
• Experience supporting configuration, SIT/UAT, defect resolution, knowledge transfer, and production go-live activities.
• Ability to independently take technical ownership of an IntelliDIRECT solution from design through implementation.

The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 80,000 - 130,000 annually. This role is for existing vacancy"
