Full Job Description
They are seeking a Fire Alarm Project Manager to oversee fire alarm system installations across new and existing projects. This role owns the project from design through installation, managing cost, scheduling, permits, and the field team while coordinating closely with designers, trades, and leadership.

What you will do:
  • Oversee all fire alarm projects
  • Manage job cost and project scheduling
  • Work with designers to complete and submit designs
  • Follow up on and manage project permits
  • Provide weekly project updates to the Construction Manager and the GM
  • Oversee the Fire Alarm Superintendent
  • Manage fire alarm warehouse and tool inventory
  • Coordinate and process contract job change orders
  • Understand the design and layout of fire alarm systems
  • Coordinate installation between trades
  • Oversee installation labor on assigned projects
