Location: Lynnwood, WA

They are seeking an experienced Inspections Manager to lead one of the most critical departments in the organization. This is a full-time, salaried, in-office administrative management role overseeing the Fire Life Safety Inspections Department. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate scheduling, documentation, compliance, and support for field technicians - all while upholding the highest standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage inspections across a wide range of systems, including:
  • Fire Alarm Systems
  • Automatic Fire Sprinkler Systems
  • Fire Extinguishers
  • Backflow Prevention Assemblies
  • Commercial Kitchen Hood Suppression Systems
  • Smoke Sensitivity Testing
  • Smoke Control Systems
  • ERRC / DAS Systems
  • Clean Agent Systems
  • Other specialized fire life safety systems

In this role, you will:
  • Lead and support the Inspections Team, ensuring daily operations run smoothly
