Commercial HVAC Project Manager to oversee awarded plan and specification projects from kickoff through closeout. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving successful project outcomes across all phases of commercial mechanical construction.
Responsibilities - Manage commercial HVAC plan & specification projects from award through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal field teams.
- Process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Track project costs and financial performance.
- Conduct project meetings and maintain clear communication with owners and general contractors.
- Ensure quality, safety, and schedule expectations are consistently achieved.
- Successfully close out projects while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Qualifications - 5+ years of commercial HVAC project management experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing plan & specification mechanical construction projects.
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC installation and construction processes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
