Your role and responsibilities

As a Delivery Consultant for Expert Labs Data Platform - Integration & Intel, you will play a key role in implementing, installing, and upgrading data integration and intelligence solutions for Payment Systems. You will work closely with customers to educate them on the solutions and support their transition to production.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Implement Solutions: Install and upgrade data integration and intelligence solutions for Payments, ensuring seamless execution and meeting customer needs.
• Educate Customers: Provide training and support to customers, enabling them to effectively utilize the implemented solutions and drive business value.
• Support Production Transition: Collaborate with customers to ensure a smooth transition to production, addressing any technical or operational challenges that may arise.
• Deliver Solutions: Apply your expertise to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer requirements and expectations for Payment Systems.
• Support Customer Success: Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns, and ensuring their continued success with the implemented solutions.

Required technical and professional expertise
• Data Integration Solutions: Exposure to implementing, installing, and upgrading data integration and intelligence solutions, with a focus on seamless execution and meeting customer needs for Payment Systems.
• Technical Training Delivery: Experience working with customers to provide training and support, enabling them to effectively utilize implemented solutions and drive business value for Payment Systems.
• Production Transition Support: Exposure to collaborating with customers to ensure a smooth transition to production, addressing technical or operational challenges that may arise for Payment Systems.
• Solution Delivery Expertise: Experience applying expertise to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer requirements and expectations for Payment Systems.

Preferred technical and professional experience
• Data Warehousing Knowledge: Exposure to data warehousing concepts and technologies is beneficial for this role, enabling effective implementation and integration of data intelligence solutions for Payment Systems.
• ETL Tools Familiarity: Familiarity with ETL tools and technologies can be advantageous in delivering high-quality data integration solutions that meet customer requirements for Payment systems.
• Business Intelligence Exposure: Exposure to business intelligence concepts and technologies can be helpful in providing training and support to customers, driving business value and success for Payment Systems.

For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
