JOB DESCRIPTION

Moore & Van Allen, PLLC, a large southeastern law firm with a national practice, is seeking an experienced Transactional Lawyer for its Financial Services practice.

Preferred candidates would have four to seven years of commercial lending experience and must have a working knowledge of syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions. Excellent academic performance, strong interpersonal skills and a desire for in-office development are required. Competitive compensation package includes full benefits.
