Financial Services Representative
Salary Range: $65,000 - $110,000
Established State Farm agency is hiring a Licensed Financial Services Representative with active Series 65, 6, and/or 63 licenses. This role focuses on financial planning, investment-related services, insurance-based financial solutions, and long-term client relationship management. We are seeking a motivated, licensed professional with experience in financial services, investment sales, insurance sales, or wealth management who is passionate about helping clients build and protect their financial future.
Responsibilities
- Provide financial services guidance including retirement planning, investment-related products, and insurance-based financial solutions
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend appropriate products and strategies
- Cross-sell financial services to existing insurance clients
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting
- Conduct policy reviews, account reviews, and financial planning discussions
- Maintain compliance with all FINRA and state insurance regulations
- Meet or exceed production, sales, and revenue goals
Qualifications
- Active Series 65, 6, and/or 63 license required
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred or willingness to obtain
- Experience in financial services, investment sales, insurance sales, or wealth management preferred
- Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of retirement planning, annuities, mutual funds, or financial products a plus
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional
- Strong communication and client advisory skills
