Full Job Description
The Solvere Technical Group is seeking a Senior Financial Program Manager to manage financial management personnel and serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Foreign Military Sales financial support tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial management personnel and lead the financial management team.
  • Serve as SME for FMS financial support tasks.
  • Train financial management personnel, as needed, on relevant systems, processes, and FMS policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Finance, or Financial Management).
  • 10 years of Navy financial experience, including 7 years of FMS financial experience.
  • Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS), coordinating the efforts of a financial support team, Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), MISIL, DIFS, and MOCAS, and daily interaction with Government personnel.

Security Clearance: Secret

The anticipated hiring range for this position is $100,000 to $160,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, internal equity, and geographic location.
