  • Prepare and distribute financial reports to executives
  • Monitor forecast status to identify financial opportunities and risks
  • Submit monthly accruals and manage capital/operational reclasses on time

Full Job Description
- Main contact for implementing all financial activities throughout the project cycle: Forecast planning onboarding vendor efforts executing purchases completion of billing reconciliation of actual spends, as well as project close-out activities
- SME with Retail Project Capital Accounting / Store Dev Finance / Sourcing practices
- Assist PMs in tracking that all documents/ artifacts / signatures are complete to ensure efficient processing
- Supports PM Team for quarterly re-Forecasting and analysis to plan spend accurately
- Design and maintain Retail store project specific finance tracking module to enable analytical reports
- Perform invoice auditing, processing, and reconciliation to verify accuracy, completeness and consistency of accounting information for the project.
- Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly Retail Project Financial report for executives
- Proactively monitor Project's forecast status, as well as identify opportunities and risks from a Financial standpoint
- Submit accurate monthly accruals and book Capex/Opex reclasses for the Project on time
- Reporting requirements: vendor invoicing performance, PM approval compliance, and R&M variance reporting

Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years managing large scale and complex Project budget forecast, purchasing and reconciliation process. Candidates with retail budget tracking experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and detailed driven on: forecast to plan, prioritize, rank, and quickly identify financial problems.
- Strong prioritization and organization skills to meet all Financial & Contractual Deadlines
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel (pivot table, VLOOKUP, data cleaning, automation).
- Frequent user of collaboration tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Project Professional and Microsoft SharePoint.
- Comfortable with data analysis via Project Financial tools; proficiency with Tableau, PowirBI is a plus
- Experience with AP, Ariba, creating Purchase Orders, invoicing is a plus.
