FP&A Analyst to join the Financial Planning & Analytics team. The FP&A Analyst role will be responsible for providing financial and analytical support to cross functional teams and departments across the entire organization. This position will be hands-on producing analysis and influencing strong financially informed decisions.

This position is based in
Atlanta, GA and allows for a hybrid work schedule that includes 3 in-office days per week.

SALARY RANGE$63,000 - $81,000
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSEssential duties may include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide analysis, recommendations and solutions related to the financial performance of the business decisions that Zaxby's is considering
- Prepare and deliver presentations related to financial results and plans for business partners across the organization
- Collaborate with other departments to identify, evaluate and prioritize projects and initiatives in order to determine the most optimal allocation of resources
- Prepare ad hoc and recurring analyses that includes menu management, new products, LTOs, menu pricing, COGS, labor, competitor benchmarking, ROI, real estate and store portfolio decisions
- Maintain and build upon data pipelines, tools, and processes that power ongoing analysis
- Analyze and report on metrics, analysis and KPIs that assist in providing leadership with insight as to what is impacting the business and guidance on the best course of action to optimize results
- Independently develop process improvements resulting in the development of new technological ways to streamline and improve reporting efficiency
- Consistently communicate across various functions and departments driving appropriate collaboration, coordination, analysis, and timing of deliverables
KEY COMPETENCIES- Solid understanding and background of integrated financial and reporting systems

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE GUIDELINES- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Data Science, or other quantitative field
- Experience: 1-2 years of finance experience; restaurant or retail industry experience is preferred
