Full Job Description
Financial Planning Analyst who will:
  • Support EVMS implementation and reporting to ensure program cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met.
  • Develop, analyze, and present financial forecasts, budgets, and variance reports.
  • Partner with program managers and engineering teams to provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with government and industry standards for EVMS reporting.


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • 2-5 years industry experience in a similar role.
  • Must have Experience with COBRA EVMS Software.
  • Experience with DCMA ANSI 748.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in government contracting or defense industry preferred.

Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Experience with DoD or Aerospace programs.
  • Familiarity with IMP/IMS/Finance integration and contract deliverables.
  • Ability to lead finance teams and mentor junior schedulers

The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Competitive salary based on experience and education
Salary Range: $82,000-$114,000
