  • Data Integrity: Maintain an accurate general ledger of transactions and reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies with surgical precision.
  • AR/AP processing: Develop a scalable process and ensure prompt execution for processing receivables and payable for the company.
  • Systems Architecture: Play a key role in the design and implementation of our next-generation ERP system, helping us move away from early-stage tools into a modern scalable financial ecosystem.
  • Audit & Compliance: Support for company's first accounting audit, subsequently maintaining a "permanent-readiness" posture and ensuring full compliance with GAAP and industry-specific standards.

  • Discipline & Detail: An uncompromising eye for detail when it comes to data integrity and financial documentation as well as prompt, punctual execution to ensure financial processes are never the gate to business progress
  • Adaptive Mindset: The ability to maintain rigorous financial standards while remaining flexible and proactive in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment
  • Growth Mindset: The judgment to provide the right balance of structure to enable a stable platform for growth without stifling the team with unnecessary process.
