Our Impact:

The Investments and Capital Markets (I&CM) division is responsible for management of the retained portfolio as well as Freddie Mac's debt funding, liquidity management and interest-rate hedging. The division is also responsible for I&CM securitization.

This role supports Freddie Mac's Counterparty Credit Risk Management activities by delivering scalable, fault-tolerant, and well-governed quantitative models for valuation, risk management, and financial capital forecasting.

Your Impact:
  • Monitor System's Execution in Production

  • Seek and design ways to automate tasks; ideally using Python or other programming languages

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience with analytical tools: SQL, Python, Excel, and similar.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar discipline.
  • Good knowledge of Fixed Income and/or Finance Analytics.
  • Experience in working with and/or supporting mission-critical applications.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $109,000 - $163,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
