What You Will Be Doing
You will be the Financial Management Analyst for the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) Program Finance team at Financial Management - Level 2. In this role you will support a multitude of program finance functions, providing essential financial oversight and analysis to ensure the success of ADP initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage program Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB).
- Analyze and reconcile actual costs against budgets and estimates.
- Develop Estimates at Complete (EAC) for program budgeting and forecasting.
- Conduct Earned Value analysis and prepare associated reporting.
- Perform cost allocation in accordance with established accounting policies.
- Control program costs through monitoring, variance analysis, and corrective actions.
- Prepare financial performance reports and deliver contractual financial deliverables to stakeholders.

Who You Are
You are a detail-oriented financial professional with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of cost accounting, earned value management, and performance measurement in a program-centric environment. You can translate complex cost data into clear, actionable insights and are comfortable preparing and presenting financial reports to both internal teams and external contract officials. Your proactive approach to cost control, allocation, and reporting enables you to effectively support the ADP Program Finance team and contribute to the overall financial health and success of the programs.

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or 4 years experience in the absence of a Bachelors degree
- Experience in any of the following: Financial analysis, pricing and estimating, expense tracking, program scheduling, Supply chain management and interpreting policy, and/or purchasing/procurement.
Desired skills
- Familiarity with Systems, Applications, Products
Software (SAP).
- Familiarity with Hyperion/Accounting Data
Analysis and Reporting (ADAR).
- Experience in developing program budgets and
Estimates at Completion.
- Familiarity with cost/reporting systems similar
to CostView, Deltek Cobra and Cost Point.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active DoD Secret clearance.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products
with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 - $106,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $69,700 - $120,750. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
