What You Will Do:

Guidehouse is currently seeking a professional consultant in support of our federal law enforcement client. The Consultant will lead and support key business process improvement initiatives, transform complex data into clear and meaningful insights, enhance business operations through automation and tool development, and strengthen organizational effectiveness by contributing to clear communication plans and coordinated training efforts. This role provides critical knowledge management, end-user support, and solution delivery to help drive operational excellence across the enterprise.

Responsibilities of this role are as follows, to include but not limited to:
  • Provide clear, actionable insights to leadership by gathering and analyzing data, developing comprehensive reports, and presenting findings and recommendations
  • Ability to quickly synthesize information, learn new skills, approach problems with a range of solutions, and lead client-facing discussions and meetings
  • Contribute to business process improvement and automation efforts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization
  • Create customized tools and reports, including advanced Excel models and PowerPoint presentations
  • Support the development and execution of communication plans and organizational rollout activities
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training initiatives for enterprise-wide systems and processes.
  • Provide knowledge management support by developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), step-by-step guides, and user documentation for a variety of stakeholders.
  • Deliver customer-focused end-user support by identifying issues, conducting root-cause analysis, and helping troubleshoot solutions.


What You Will Need:
  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree; FOUR (4) years of additional professional experience may be used in lieu of a degree
  • TWO (2) or more years of consulting experience.


What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI to develop dashboards, visualizations, and data-driven insights
  • Experience with SharePoint for content management, collaboration, and workflow support
  • Knowledge of the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR)


The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
