How we LEAD:

We are seeking a Financial Analyst, FP&A to join US Finance team. You will be critical in helping support financial deal modeling, budgeting and forecasting, and financial reporting by working with various departments across all business channels. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of budgeting and forecasting and/or financial deal modelling experience, possess a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, and a CPA and/or MBA credentials are preferred.

This Financial Analyst should have a deep understanding of Merchandise, Retail, VIP/Tour, Licensing, Partnerships, Business Development, and eCommerce D2C (direct to consumer) landscape across tiers ranging from high-end department stores to mass retail and venues.

This role will be a based in the New York, Santa Monica, or Philadelphia office working hybrid Monday - Thursday (in the office).

How you'll CREATE:
In a fast-paced and growing environment like ours, priorities and projects often change so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
• Create in-depth financial deal models for artist signings and rights acquisitions by partnering with A&R and Business Affairs
• Support deal modeling and internal approvals including financial modeling, cross-functional coordination, and preparation of approval materials
• Drive stakeholder alignment by proactively communicating deal status, key milestones, and decisions
• Support preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual budgets
• Provide monthly cash forecasts to US Finance Senior Management
• Prepare and maintain internal tracking materials
• Assist in preparing presentations and ad hoc requests for Senior Leadership Team
• Support special projects and process improvement initiatives
• Liaise with various external and internal clients as needed

Bring your VIBE:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Music/Entertainment or Merchandise industry experience highly preferred.

  • Demonstrable proficiency in the use of Excel; experience with Macros a plus.
  • Experience with accounting and financial applications software; Hyperion Financial Management/Smartview Reporting, SAP, and Navision.
