Job DescriptionYou will be the Financial Analyst Sr for the Program Finance team. Our team is responsible for driving financial excellence and supporting program finance functions.
What You Will Be DoingAs a Senior Financial Analyst you will establish and manage program cost baselines, conduct Earned Value Management and variance analysis, and prepare Estimate at Complete (EAC) analyses to guide leadership decisions.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Establish and manage program cost baselines.
- Conduct Earned Value Management and variance analysis.
- Prepare EAC analysis and recommendations for leadership.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams on proposal actions and compliance checks.
- Support Engineering teams on workforce planning actions.

Basic Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting,
Business Administration, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
• Multi-functional / multi-disciplined Earned Value
Management (EVM) experience and knowledge
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Desired skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver
• Finance background in Defense Industry
• Supported Engineering & Technology from a
business aspect
• Experience in proposal analysis

• Advanced Excel / database/ reporting experience (including Power BI, Power Query)
Ability to work remotelyPart-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
