What You'll Do Drive Financial Planning and Performance Management • Lead key FP&A processes, including monthly forecasting, quarterly business reviews, annual planning, and long-range financial modeling. • Analyze financial performance and business results, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities. • Support executive decision-making through data-driven recommendations and scenario analysis. • Partner with business leaders to understand operational performance and connect business activities to financial outcomes. Apply Data Science and Advanced Analytics • Analyze large and complex datasets from financial, operational, and commercial systems to identify trends, patterns, and predictive indicators. • Develop statistical, predictive, and driver-based models to improve forecast accuracy and business planning. • Design analytical frameworks that provide deeper insights into revenue growth, profitability, cost management, and organizational performance. • Perform root-cause analysis using quantitative techniques to uncover business drivers and strategic opportunities. Build Modern Data & Reporting Solutions • Create and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and self-service reporting solutions using modern BI tools. • Leverage data from systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Power BI, and enterprise data warehouses to generate actionable insights. • Help develop scalable datasets and reporting structures that improve transparency and decision-making across the organization. Accelerate Finance Transformation • Identify opportunities to automate reporting, forecasting, and analytical processes. • Apply AI and machine learning concepts to improve Finance capabilities and efficiency. • Partner with Finance and IT teams to modernize FP&A processes through digitalization and automation. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase speed, accuracy, and analytical depth. Tell the Story Behind the Numbers • Translate complex analyses into compelling business narratives for senior leadership. • Develop executive-ready presentations that connect data, business context, and strategic recommendations. • Present findings to Finance leaders and business stakeholders in a clear and impactful way. What We're Looking For Education Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines: Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science or Engineering Master's degree (MBA, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related field) is a plus. Experience • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Business Analytics, Data Science, Corporate Finance, Consulting, Business Intelligence, Strategy, or a related analytical function. • Experience working with large datasets and translating quantitative insights into business recommendations. • Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders and influence decisions through data and analysis. Technical & Analytical Skills We are looking for a candidate who combines strong financial acumen with advanced analytical capabilities. Finance & Business Skills • Financial modeling and forecasting. • Budgeting and planning processes. • Business performance analysis and KPI development. • Understanding of P&L, operating expenses, and business drivers.
