Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts for IT, Facilities, HR, and Legal departments.

  • Assist in the development of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
  • Provide financial insights to aid in strategic decision-making.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with regional accounting teams for cohesive budgeting and forecasting.
  • Generate ad hoc reports and financial analyses as required.

Overview of Job Function:

Job Summary: Integral part of the Financial Planning and Analysis team. Responsibilities include financial planning and analysis on a corporate level; budgeting, forecasting, financial statements reporting, review and analysis; chart of accounts management, internal reporting structures and key performance metrics reporting and analysis on a corporate level.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for IT, Facilities, HR, and Legal budget/forecast preparation
  • Analyze and manage departmental results, budgets, and forecasts
  • Maintain and manage the chart of accounts
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts
  • Provide insightful financial analyses to support strategic decision-making
  • Develop strong partnerships with business finance and regional accounting teams to ensure corporate budgeting, forecasting, and expense management requirements are met
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses as needed
  • Maintain a strong understanding of accruals and prepaid expenses, ensuring accurate financial reporting

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required; CPA and/or MBA desirable.
  • 3 to 5 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably accounting experience, Big 4 experience a plus.
  • Demonstrate a strong grasp of operating expenses (OPEX) and related financial analysis and reporting processes
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Knowledge of financial applications, ERP applications and/or planning applications desirable
  • Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations
