In this role, you'll support forecasting, budgeting, profitability analysis, and management reporting while building a strong foundation in banking finance. Key Accountabilities- Analyze financial results, forecasts, and trends to support business and management decision-making.
- Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and management reporting packages.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability processes through data collection, validation, and financial modeling.
- Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers behind financial performance.
- Partner with senior FP&A team members on ad hoc analyses, scenario modeling, and business requests.
- Validate and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop knowledge of banking products, revenue streams, expense drivers, and financial systems.
- Document assumptions, methodologies, and reporting processes to support data integrity.
Education & ExperienceRequired- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of financial analysis, accounting, banking, or related experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
Preferred- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, or profitability analysis.
- Familiarity with financial modeling and business intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of banking products, financial statements, or financial services operations.
