Job Description

The Financial Analyst plays a critical support role within the operations team, acting as the primary point of contact for short-term financial planning, field and management reporting, analysis, and modeling, along with other ad hoc requests as they arise. This position works closely with corporate leadership and regional/market/branch managers to promote consistent, repeatable outcomes, while also collaborating with both field and corporate teams to support broader company initiatives and requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Act as the point person for planning activities, including monthly forecast packages, reporting and analytics, and other core deliverables that give leadership clear visibility into business performance and support sustainable, profitable growth.
  • Help prepare planning materials for external stakeholders and the Board of Directors.
  • Collaborate with internal partners at every level of the organization to deliver actionable insights and propose solutions to pressing business issues.
  • Spot opportunities for improvement and help implement best practices in planning and analysis, including building out financial and non-financial KPIs.
  • Maintain consistent communication across all organizational levels.
  • Drive process improvements to boost overall efficiency.
  • Take on additional financial and reporting projects as needed by the business.

Education and Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant business experience; background in FP&A or public accounting is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience working within a matrixed organizational structure is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent credential preferred.
  • Confidence in preparing and delivering presentations that provide insight to leadership.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to execute effectively across cross-functional teams, even under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational abilities, with sharp problem-solving skills and close attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and PowerPoint.
