New York Life's Fast Track to Management Program is a premier career acceleration opportunity for high-achieving individuals with leadership aspirations. This program is designed to fast-track qualified candidates into a leadership role as an Associate Partner within 9-12 months. Candidates begin their journey as Financial Advisors, developing expertise in client relationship management, financial strategy, and sales. As milestones are met, qualified participants enter a six-month Associate Partner training track to prepare for management responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits Highlights:
  • First-Year Earnings Potential: $45,000 to $130,000+
  • Performance Bonuses: Up to $5,000 for successful completion of FINRA licensing exams within the first year
