Position Title: Financial Advisor
Salary Range: $80,000-$105,000 / Year, DOE

We are seeking a Financial Advisor to join a growing registered investment advisory firm focused on helping clients make smarter financial decisions and build lasting financial security. You will manage and deepen client relationships, assess financial goals and risk tolerance, develop investment strategies, discuss portfolio performance and market trends, and grow your book through warm leads, networking, and relationship-driven business development. The firm manages approximately $99 million in AUM and primarily serves clients with $2-$10 million in net worth, giving you the opportunity to work closely with individuals and families on meaningful wealth decisions. The ideal candidate is a confident, self-driven advisor with a teacher and coach mentality who knows how to earn trust, simplify complex financial concepts, and guide clients toward better decisions. You will thrive here if you want autonomy and growth without the aggressive, cold-calling culture commonly associated with financial sales.
