The opportunityWe are seeking an experienced Anaplan Manager with strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Anaplan solutions to support enterprise planning and performance management initiatives.

Your key responsibilities- Design, build, and maintain scalable Anaplan models following best practices.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead model design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize planning processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Workforce Planning.
- Perform model optimization, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Work with Data Hubs, ALM, CloudWorks, integrations, and Anaplan UX.
- Mentor consultants and contribute to solution architecture and governance.
- Support sales opportunities
Skills and attributes for success- At least 6-9 years of hands-on Anaplan implementation experience.
- Minimum of 4 end-to-end implementation experience.
- Understand EPM Processes and Governance Models.
- Experience managing resources and budget
- At least Anaplan Model Builder Certification (Level 3); Solution Architect Certification is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Anaplan modeling, formulas, lists, modules, actions, security, selective access, and model optimization.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with ALM, Data Hubs, CloudWorks, Anaplan UX, and integrations using APIs, Informatica, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar ETL tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Project Management experience is essential. Project Management and/or Agile Certifications is an advantage.

EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.
- Toronto: $114,000 to $171,000
