Functional Skills
• Strong understanding of finance and project accounting business processes
• Ability to lead requirement workshops, gather business needs, and define functional specs
• Knowledge of fit-gap analysis, solution design, and best practices for Oracle Financials
• Experience reviewing and validating FDDs, process flows, and end-to-end solution designs
• Apply AI use cases to Finance, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, financial close, and analytics.
Technical Skills
• Expertise in data migration: FBDI, ADFdi, HDL, spreadsheets
• Experience with OIC, PaaS extensions, VBCS, and ERP Cloud integrations
• Strong reporting skills: OTBI, BI Publisher, and data models
• Hands-on design and development of integrations, extensions, and financial interfaces
• Ability to review and author TDDs, technical architecture, and integration specs
• Support and enable AI-driven automation, including the implementation and integration of chatbots, GenAI, Copilots, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and analytics automation in Oracle ERP solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for Finance platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, and scalability requirements
• Experience in Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle OIC, and Oracle EBS
• Own end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with enterprise standards
• Design integrated finance solutions spanning GL, AR, AP, FA, AHCS, and Oracle Projects
• Define target architecture, system landscapes, and integration patterns for cloud and hybrid environments (Oracle ERP Cloud + EBS)
• Lead fitgap analysis and propose optimal design solutions leveraging Oracle best practices
• Act as the design authority for Finance solutions and provide architectural sign-offOwn and govern architecture artifacts such as:
1. Functional Design Documents (FDD)
2. Technical Design Documents (TDD)
3. Integration specifications
4. End-to-end process and data flow diagrams
• Architect and govern integrations between Finance systems and upstream/downstream platforms such as billing, claims, procurement, HR, and analytics systems
• Translate business finance requirements into functional designs and technical specifications
• Review and validate functional design documents (FDDs) and ensure traceability to technical artifacts
• • Arc hitect and govern integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• • Design real time and batch integrations between Oracle ERP Cloud and:
• Legacy Oracle EBS
• Upstream/downstream systems (billing, procurement, HR, analytics, third party apps)
• • Define end to end process and data flow diagrams
• • Ensure reliability, exception handling, reconciliation, and error management across interfaces
• Ensure data integrity, reconciliation, audit readiness, and financial controls
• Support chart of accounts design, accounting rules, and historical data loads
• Lead solution discussions, design workshops, and architecture walkthroughs
Salary Range $140,000-$160,000 Per year
