Youll play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial success of high-visibility projects by providing insightful analysis and strategic advice to the project team. Day-to-day, youll work closely with multidisciplinary teams across the business (including project management, engineering, and procurement), optimize project financials, and much more.
Youll specifically take care of providing reliable business cases to support decision-making, but also lead financial forecasting and risk management processes.

3 Acting as a business partner to provide finance advice, guidance, and support to the core project team
3 Escalating risks and opportunities to increase management attention
3 Forecasting, challenging, and approving project financial KPIs such as cash flow, sales, and margins
3 Controlling project gross margins through detailed work package reviews
3 Communicating with project stakeholders to provide reliable business cases
3 Optimizing financial aspects of the project, including tax, hedging, and financing
3 Ensuring compliance with local regulations, especially for tax and statutory accounts purposes

3 Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (equivalent combinations of education and experience may also be considered)
3 3-5 years of relevant project experience, including long and complex project control
3 Experience in planning, project performance, project accounting, and internal controls
3 Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of SAP and/or financial planning tools
3 Fluency in other languages is a plus
3 CPA certification is an asset
3 Proficiency in French and English is required. Knowledge of a third language is considered an asset when working with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues, and customers. In Quebec, French remains the primary working language of our company.
