Responsibilities

    • Your future role

    Take on a new challenge and leverage your expertise in project management, engineering coordination, and supply chain within a complex and innovative rail environment. You will work with passionate, collaborative, and forward-thinking teams, playing a key role in managing Technical & Support Spare Supply Agreements (TSSSA) to ensure operational performance and customer satisfaction.
    On a daily basis, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, procurement, logistics, maintenance, finance, and customer support. You will lead the lifecycle of spare parts supply agreements, ensuring on-time delivery, technical compliance, and cost control.
    You will also play a critical role in obsolescence management, digital solutions deployment (e.g., HealthHub), and in supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the lifecycle cost of assets across the REM project.
    • We'll look to you for:
    • Leading and managing TSSSA projects from initiation through execution to closure
    • Developing project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets
    • Acting as the primary interface with the customer for all TSSSA-related activities
    • Coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, logistics, maintenance) to ensure seamless execution
    • Ensuring that spare parts comply with technical specifications and regulatory requirements
    • Managing the repair cycle and turnaround of Alstom-owned spare parts
    • Driving obsolescence management, especially for critical systems (e.g., signaling such as Urbalis), and proposing viable technical and financial solutions
    • Supporting contract execution and negotiations, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
    • Monitoring financial performance, including cost control, forecasting, and profitability
    • Tracking KPIs and delivering regular project and performance reports
    • Identifying and mitigating technical, supply chain, and contractual risks
    • Developing and managing Variation Orders (VOs) for additional technical support or engineering studies
    • Supporting and optimizing HealthHub solutions, and proposing enhancements toward predictive and condition-based maintenance
    • Driving digital and technical initiatives to reduce lifecycle costs across subsystems (e.g., rolling stock, signaling, catenary, switches, CCTV)
    • Supporting training initiatives (e.g., simulators) and proposing improvements where needed
