Your Future role

You are a strategic navigator with a sharp analytical mind. You bring 3 to 5 years of experience in project control, specifically within the lifecycle of long-term, complex projects. As a collaborative team player with excellent English communication skills, you thrive in multinational, multi-site environments, you are our ideal candidate.

Work location: Saint-Bruno (South Shore of Montre9al)

Status : Permanent/full time (40h)

Hybrid : 3 days in office / 2 days remote

We'll look to you for
• Acting as a business partner to provide finance advice, guidance, and tutoring to the core project team
• Forecasting, challenging and approving Project Financial KPIs
• Controlling the project gross margin through detailed reviews
• Communicating with stakeholders to provide reliable business cases
• Ensuring Compliance with local regulations, especially for tax and statutory accounts purposes

All about you

We value passion and attitude as much as experience. Here what we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or similar
• Knowledge of project accounting and project performance
• Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP (nice to have) or equivalent financial software & planning tools

• Enjoy stability throughout your journey with us as the rail industry is here to stay
• Grow and develop new skills through award-winning learning
• Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries
• Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension).

Knowledge of a language other than French is an asset when dealing with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues and customers. In Quebec, French remains the main working language of our company.
