Job Description:This is an opportunity to join the Benefits Measurement & Realization team within Enterprise Project Finance, reporting to the Senior Manager. In this role, you will help validate, challenge, and monitor business case benefits across the Canadian Personal Banking and Business Banking segments, supporting informed investment decisions and meaningful business outcomes.
In this role, you will:- Work closely with the Enterprise Project Finance Relationship Manager for Canadian Personal Banking and Business Banking to help ensure business case assumptions are well-supported and benefits are clearly defined
- Contribute to sound investment decisions by bringing consistency, discipline, and rigour to business case benefit validation and challenge
- Develop, analyze, and share financial and strategic portfolio insights with senior leaders across Finance, Canadian Personal Banking, Business Banking, and PMaG
- Look for opportunities to improve how business case benefits are measured, reported, and presented
- Build strong, trusted relationships with Segment Finance, GTS Finance, Project Management & Governance (PMaG), and other key stakeholder groups
- Help foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, innovation, productivity, and teamwork
Required Skills & Experience- You bring strong leadership and relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively with partners across Finance and the broader organization, including senior management
- You are comfortable working with large volumes of data and turning them into clear, meaningful insights
- You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to break down complex issues and identify root causes
- You have strong financial acumen and understand how business drivers affect the P&L
- You are proactive and enjoy identifying and implementing innovative improvements
- You have excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- You communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Experience in project finance and business casing would be an asset
- Undergraduate degree
- A professional accounting designation or MBA would be an asset
- You have 5+ years of progressive finance experience in a medium-to-large organization with established best practices and performance management processes
This role offers a balance of highly collaborative work and individual deliverables. Team members are expected to be on-site four days per week.
