About the Team and Role:As a Finance Manager for the Finance team, you will be a thought-leader and strategic partner to the Finance Leadership Team, providing insightful and relevant counsel, ensuring business decisions are appropriately based on accurate and reliable metrics and financial information. You will manage and be responsible for the development of financial budgets and forecasts and help drive cost awareness and efficiency. This role will report to the Director of Corporate Functions.
What You Will Accomplish:- Manage financial budgeting and forecasting as well as close and ad-hoc analysis.
- Serve as a valuable business partner & challenger interacting and providing financial planning and decision support to business stakeholders.
- Develop, deliver, and maintain insightful reporting for senior leadership to enable efficient financial management of their area of the business.
- Standardize and drive consistency in financial planning processes and strive for continuous improvement, identify, and execute on opportunities to reduce non-value-added work.
- Partner with eBay's accounting team for quarter-end close reporting, driving internal processes to maintain and improve predictability of financial results.
- Assist in project-based initiatives to drive operating efficiencies across functions.
What You Will Bring:- Dedication to working our hybrid model with 3+days per week onsite at our Austin, TX office.
- Experienced finance professional with 4+ years FP&A expertise, and progressively growing responsibilities.
- Expert with financial systems such as SAP and Anaplan or equivalent.
- Strong financial modelling capability, highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and financial planning systems.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven intellectual and analytical rigor.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility with business leaders.
- Track record of collaborating and influencing partners across the organization.
- Desire to succeed in a fast-paced and deadline orientated environment.
- Excellent decision-making skills, ability to identify, prioritize and articulate the highest impact initiatives.
- Effective communication skills to connect with senior executives and internal business partners.

Additional DetailsThe base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$100,000 - $130,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
