About the RoleWe are seeking a results-driven
Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting for our organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial health, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable partnering with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for SG&A departments
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and profitability to ensure financial stability
- Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures
- Partner with department leaders to support strategic initiatives and cost management
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, recommending solutions
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies
- Support audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed
- Manage a team of two, overseeing their day-to-day work and providing coaching and professional development
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Skills- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Experience with CPM/EPM systems (e.g., Hyperion/EPM, OneStream) and reporting tools
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and automation
- Experience in P&L consolidation and executive reporting packages

Salary Range $105,000 - $120,000
The compensation range in this posting reflects the Company's good-faith estimate at the time of publication. The applicable base pay range for any individual will be determined based on the candidate's designated primary work location as well as factors including role scope and responsibilities, required qualifications, and the individual's experience, education, skills, knowledge, and performance. Certain positions may also be eligible for additional compensation such as discretionary merit increases, bonuses, or sales-based variable compensation in accordance with applicable plans and role requirements
