The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's debt portfolio, supporting capital markets initiatives, and providing financial analysis that informs key business decisions. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership to manage lender relationships, evaluate refinancing opportunities, monitor loan maturities, and help optimize the company's capital structure. Responsibilities- Manage and track debt obligations, loan maturities, refinancing opportunities, and payoff schedules
- Monitor interest rate trends, capital markets activity, and economic conditions
- Coordinate with lenders, brokers, and financial institutions
- Support negotiations related to loan terms and refinancing opportunities
- Analyze portfolio performance and provide financing recommendations
- Assist with financing activities related to acquired or foreclosed properties
- Prepare financial presentations and reports for executive leadership
- Maintain accurate debt schedules and ensure key deadlines are managed
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, Business, or related field
- 5-7+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance, debt management, lending, capital markets, or financial analysis
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Understanding of debt markets, interest rates, and commercial lending practices
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience working within a family office, private investment firm, owner-operator, or entrepreneurial real estate organization.
- Comfortable working in a lean environment with direct access to ownership and executive leadership.
- Proven ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a strong sense of ownership.

$130,000 - $150,000 a year
